The Lovell Recreation District is a non-profit entity that provides youth and adult activities to enrich the physical and mental state of Lovell

and it's surrounding communities.  Similary, the Big horn County School District #2 Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES)

seeks to elevate community members through workshops, classes, and other learning opportunites for youth and adults alike.
